it really depends on if you are going to get a inground or aboveground because of the digging that needs to be done if its an inground. you also need to see if you have any lines burried in the ground. we always have a call before you dig number at our pool store for customers to call. and it also depends on the size of pool you are going to get and how much space you have to put a pool in.

yes it is enough room you just have to check your bilaws of how much clearence you need from property line and get a pool sized within it
