  6. i dont run asertin distince i run with a tire tied to me and i run up and down a 40 foot hill about 20 or 30 times it really helps your strengh and energy.

  7. depends how old  r u and then u can decide the KM or miles but at least u should run for 15/20 minutes ata stretch if ur young to burn calories and get stamina

  8. at least 2 miles 3 is better tho
