How much sand does it take to fill a kid's turtle sand box?

My daughter was given one of those fisher price turtle sandboxes, and I was wondering how much sand it will take to fill it. The local lumber yard sells 50 lb. bags of sand for $2.50 and I am trying to figure out how much it will cost and how much I will need.

An average sized sandbox takes about 70-80 pounds. So go for two, you'll have a bit left over incase of spillage or any other messes that could occur during sandbox fun.

According to the Little Tikes website, it can hold up to 150 lbs of sand, so $7.50.
