  1. It depends on how far in education you would like to go. You can get your Bachelors degree in four years, your Masters in another two, and your Doctorate in a few more after that. You can go to just about any university to get a degree in psychology.

  2. You are already past your school studies, if I am right. That would do for you, if only you know how to study the human mind. If not, you need to enter a college and better still, a university, if you have to attain perfection. For the school level, you must have already obtained sufficient knowledge about what you are concerned. If you want to achieve higher levels, you need to study further. Mind you, study is an endless process. You go on achieving as you learn to achieve further.

  3. About 3-4 years towards PhD after a 4 year Bachelors. Psychotherapists though are not all psychologists. Social Workers (Clinical) and Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family therapist are all able to practice after Masters.

  4. You need a bachelor's degree in something related to psychology, and then a master's degree (with internships) in psychology.  But to be really the best, you could use a doctorate with research.

  5. To be a psychologist you need doctoral degree in psychology or education. This will probably take you about 8 years of college.
