Hello Ramana,

As far as I know, there is no scholarship for the TOEFL.  The TOEFL is only a test that measures your level of English.  If you want to go to school in the US, here are the steps:

1) Contact the universities where you would like to study.

2) Ask what the TOEFL score requirements are.

3) Ask about scholarship or financial opportunities.

Scholarships and financial aid are available, but this is something that is usually done through the university, not through ETS (the company that administers the TOEFL).
