How much shock chlorine does my pool need?

i have just filled my pool with 7 cubic meters of tap water. i have both shock chlorine and regular (daily) chlorine granuals. what is the dose rate for my initial fill. i know how much daily chlorine to add(about 14grms per day) to maintail the level, i just cant remember how much shock clorine i need to add to begin with??
