I am 14 years old, 5ft tall, and weigh about 102lbs. I do have a little bit of fat on my thighs (mostly inner) and my tummy. I haven't had my period yet. I usually exercise for about 30-60 minutes a day, (horse-back-riding, running around). I'm just wondering how much and what I should be eating and drinking a day. Can someone give me an example day of my proportion sized meals and snacks?
