Question:

How much should I be eating?!?

So I'm a freshman in college. I am playing basketball. I weigh about 140 lbs. right now. I wouldn't say i'm overly mucular but i'm not flabby either. Over the summer, my stomach has shrunk and i can tell i am not eating near as much as i used to. But i do feel full, i just don't push myself past eating when i feel satisfied. the basketball season is starting and i'm worried about not eating enough and my body not being up to speed because of it. I don't want to not eat enough and feel run down when we do our very strenuous conditioning and pass out or not be up to par and be light headed because of it. I also don't want to eat too much and feel sick. I like that my stomach is shrunk so i do not eat too much when i am not using everything i eat up right away like on off practice days, but i don't know what i need to be doing.

  2. well try to eat 5 to 6 meals a day 2 to 3 hours spread apart from each other. eat small portions and drink a lot of water. you should be fine
