How much should I be paid tutoring a 4th grader?

I'm 15 years old and I'm going to be teaching English for 2 hours a day, twice a week . This 4th grader is a Non-US Citizen. HOW MUCH SHOULD I GET PAID? Please give me a reasonable price of income.

Certified teachers in my area get $20 per hour.  I would say about $8-10 for a student teaching a student.
