How much should I charge a client for a Flash application?

How much should I charge a client for building a Flash application - I'm estimating it will take about 10 hours of work. I'm located in NH. I'd like to figure out a cost to build the initial tool which is fairly complicated and then what I should charge them for changes to it going forward.

Contractors get paid from $40/hr to $100/hr, and even higher. Short projects like this should warrant higher rates than regular. You could charge maintenance at the same rate.
