Perhaps you should consider charge an hourly rate as opposed to a flat fee. Since there will probably be a great deal of back and forth in relation to the graphics themselves and getting them approved, you might find that you spend more time than getting involved in the project is worth. Using an hourly rate, you are compensated for the work you actually do.
