  1. Perhaps you should consider charge an hourly rate as opposed to a flat fee. Since there will probably be a great deal of back and forth in relation to the graphics themselves and getting them approved, you might find that you spend more time than getting involved in the project is worth. Using an hourly rate, you are compensated for the work you actually do.


  2. Your best bet is to provide an estimate based on the project criteria, rather than setting a specific rate. Especially if the project isn't clearly defined upfront, or has the potential to change directions. I can't really suggest a dollar amount without knowing more.
