  1. I suggest charging by how long they want you to tutor. For example, with you skills I would charge $20 per 60 min hour. I would give a discount for longer commitments,

    $20 per hour

10-20 hours my rate would go to $18

    21-30 hours $15 per hour

This will give you a longer commitment so you can plan your finances and give the student a real chance to improve.

Have ONE requirement AN ADULT MUST BE HOME WHEN YOU ARE THERE REGARDLESS OF STUDENT AGE or meet in a public space. Cancellation requires 12 hour notice or charge for the lesson. You might want to consider Sylvan Learning Center or another entity and work for them. You might want to call them in your area and see what they charge and what that includes.

    Good Luck...Ed

  2. I am a teacher and get paid $26/hour, so I am thinking you could charge $15/hour.

  3. i would probaby charge 8-10 dollars per hour of tutoring but it all depends on what you have to deal with and how much effort you are putting into it

  4. Twenty five dollars an hour,

  5. 50

    thats the price man
