How much should I charge to install 1,000 sq ft of laminate flooring?

I will have to take out approximately 800 sq ft of carpet and some vinyl floor as well. It will be installed over concrete floors, I am not going to level the floor. I have specific instructions not to worry about that. There is some furniture to move. Any ideas of the cost would be greatly appreciated.

lay laminate- $ 2.00 per sq ft

remove carpet/vinyl and prep floor $ 2.00 per sq ft

Could you please say how much smaller jobs would cost.. how much the materials would cost? I could give a rough idea if i knew those prices
