  1. You're in 8th grade and you're running a bed and breakfast?

  2. Most BB's are not expected to provide most amenities a hotel does.

You can charge slightly higher for a room with an en-suite bathroom (bathroom in room), than one that the guests needs to go down the hallway, for example.

I've been to BB's that have a TV set in a parlor where all guests mingle. It's up to you if you want to put a TV in each room, but I don't think that's necessary.

Toiletries such as shampoo, bath gel, soaps, etc. I think there is a way to buy those small sizes from vendors, if not, you can get them at Walmart, etc.

Nice fluffly towels, soft, fresh-smelling linens, hair-dryer, or at least buy a few, a put a note saying one is available upon request.

    A nice, home-cooked breakfast.

Finally, the price is dependent on the location of the BB, the attractions nearby, and the neighborhood it's located in.

The name is usually a personal thing, a family name, name of the town, etc.

Price, research what other BB's in your area are charging and compare their amenities to yours, etc.,

    Good luck!
