Google 'airport transport' as you can pre book your transfer from any airport, anywhere in the world, that's what I always do !

get  meter taxi and learn some good tourist phrases in Greek.

Dont accept those taxis for a flat fee or say the meter isnt working, go get another taxi if they say that one!

See if you can share the taxi with some people going thru departure.

If it really is only 15 mins away it shouldnt cost you any more that 15 euros.
