Ok, I am having my attorney sue for Discrimination based on Disability and Retaliation.

This is for my former college not allowing me to attend one of my relatives open house that they allowed another relative of mine to hold at their college.

Ok, the president told me that I was not allow to attend that open house because I am disabled and I had filed previous complaints against the college even though the Federal Civil Rights Office found that the college had retaliated against me.

By the president and the college refusing to allow me to attend that function caused me extreme anxiety, extreme depression, loss of enjoyment of life, having several guests asking several of my relatives why I was not in attendance and they had to tell them that the college refuse to allow me to attend that open house because they are still retaliating against me and because I am disabled.

I have already supplied copy of one of my witness statements to my attorney and more will be coming soon.

So, how much should I ask my attorney to sue for $350,000 plus attorney fees or $500,000 plus attorney fees.

Do not put rude comments or rude answers only put either $350,000 plus attorney fees or $500,000 plus attorney fees and that is all!!!

  1. Yes, I too want to know why or how they would prevent you from going to this open house.  Was it physically (they held you back) or that something bad would happen if you went?  How were they able to stop you from going?

  2. I am confused. How would your college (by college I assume you are meaning school) stop you from attending an open house?

  3. Hmmm.. discrimination is a despicable crime, and is going against the human rights policy set by the united nations... i feel for you my friend, however i believe that $350,000 plus attorney fees is a sufficient punishment already.. and $500,000 is abit over the top, remember learn to forgive.
