How much should I pay for a used Sony 27" Wage Trinton TV?

Seller is asking $190, is this a good deal? Here is the posting... Please let me know if this is a good deal or if I should offer him less money..

Well, from the pic it looks ok, but I think you could probably talk the seller down to like $150 or so.. maybe lower.

Let's face it.. that technology is fairly out dated.  And remember, if you currently get you signal from an antenna, in February you'll have to out and buy a converter box (unless this TV has an ATSC tuner)
