  1. Yr of cart and condition determines value, new ones are 5500

new batteries are 100 a piece, drive it around for a couple hours, if its still OK 800 is fair

  2. 800 bucks??... Wow sounds like a bargain... althou a few things to scope out before making a final purchase.

Electric Cart??... Check status of batteries, if these need replacing you will be up for 200 bucks a battery. Check Chasis for cracks, check wheels, bearings etc etc... Basically the same things you would do if buying a second hand car. Yeah you could pay $800, but repairs could be $2000.

Petrol Cart??... Good thing bout these, there is only one battery and its not expensive, bad thing too watch is the engine condition... most of the time they just need a service.. but if engine is on its way out, you could be up for a new one.

Batteries do need water, just flip the seat back and have a look at all batteries, if they need water, use DEMINERALISED water, if you charge these batteries without proper water levels, you run the risk of blowing them up.

If your in Australia and your in the heat while playing golf, 800 bucks for a buggy is pretty sweet :)... Its bloody hot out here without it lol
