How much should I spend, And is it even possible?

Okay, here's what I want to have done.

I am a guy and I have long hair like down to the back of neck, and a little under my ears on the sides and bangs.

I want to get my hair

Colored all over, then have blonde highlights, then maybe some color highlights, then chemically straightened. And a cut, and blowdry, and maybe some new products.

1. Is it possible to have all of this done in one visit to the salon?

2. How much should it cost, right now i was thinking around 140$

Is that to much, a good price? Let me know.
