How much should I tip my caddie at Pebble Beach?

I will be going to Pebble Beach Golf Links in a few weeks. I've been once before, and the caddie was AWESOME. I remember tipping well, but I don't remember the amount. What is the norm? How much should I plan to bring?

I would plan to tip at least $100, maybe more.  You are paying close to $500 to play the course - don't get cheap on the caddy tip.

last time $485 i believe? ?  tip was $115  well spent   he was out-standing also
