How much should I weight?

I'm 5"9, medium frame, not real ample in the breast area but "normal" everywhere else and moderately active (work out a few times a week and walk a lot)

  3. In terms of BMI (a standard measure of health and wellness), a good weight would be around 150lbs. But if you're above or below this by a bit, it's not the end of the world either.

    Either way, I wouldn't get too focused on your weight, because muscle weights more than fat, so, you could actually be in amazing shape and weigh 180lbs or more!! But ya, in terms of "should", the BMI standard is the standard doctors use.

  4. From your picture i can see that you are very beautiful and not fat AT ALL! your question troubles me because of that, sweety. Never let anyone determine what is the right weight for you. only you can dictate your life. I know that living in a society that is centered on female sexuality can be difficult. And trust me, as a young mother, I know.

  5. Your ideal weight would be 145 lbs so above 165 lbs or below 125 lbs could be regarded as overweight or underweight.
