  1. Im 12 years old and im 4' 11

    I weigh 85.

    BUT, Im a guy... so....

  2. I think a healthy weight would be no more than 105. Girls have more body mass than boys do at this point and 12 years old is around the time your body starts to become more womanly... and by womanly I pretty much mean you get curves in places you've never had before. It can be scary- weird- and embarassing at first... but trust me, in a few years you'll embrace it and feel very comfortable with yourself.

  3. A girl that is 12 years old should probably weight about 90-115lbs aslong as they are not to over weight, but that is pending on family situations or eating habits.

  4. Between 50 - 65 pounds.

  5. 40lbs is not correct. That would be super thin. My grand is 11, 5' even and weighs 67 to 70 lbs. She is pretty thin so ten pounds more would still be thin.

  6. Probably no more than 40 pounds.

  7. every child is different in their height and weight... my 9 year old is 4'9 and weighs about 65 lbs but i also know alot of other little girls that are the same age and height that weight alot more or alot less so every child is different

  8. Questions like this bother me because too much emphasis is being put on how much a child should weigh. There is no simple answer to this question or questions like this because so many things play a factor in the weight...such as muscle mass, DNA, genetics, water,  etc. Instead of putting an emphasis on weight one should concentrate on eating healthy, exercising and having fun at 12. Just be a 12 year old, and allow your 12 year old to be a 12 year old. If someone starts to worry about weight this early it could lead to a possible eating disorder later and society does not help with that as too much emphasis is being put on weight.

Keep in mind there are charts out there, but they are to be put into context, they are NOT an absolute as everyone is different.
