How much should a 13 year old get paid to babysit?

My bro is 13 years old and has a job offering for babysitting a child diagnosed with Autism (The 9-Year old child can't talk but knows certain signs like candy, juice etc.) He is currently being paid 5$ an hour but i think thats a little on the low side. What do u think he should be paid?

It can be hard to deal with an autistic person. My friend's sister is autistic and she says it can really be a handful. Well, your brother is only 13...maybe the parents dont  have a lot of money. Idk hbut $5 is kind of low..
