I am exactly 5 foot 4 and i weigh 118lbs the average is about 140lbs. for a 12 year old girl you are just going through puberty and will generaly eat alot through a growing spert. there is nothing to worry about your growing. but that doesnt mean you should eat lots of junkfood or overload yourself.

  10. depends. umm sume of my friends are  5'4 and 12. they are 100, and some are 120, but they arent fat. so il think it all depends. so im going to sayy 110-120 is pretty average

  11. This is just a guess on my part but I would say about 110 to 125. As she gets older, I would think the max would be about 145.

  14. .It would be an ideal world if there was such a thing as a perfect weight for all 12 year old  kids that were 5'4" tall. There are many different factors to consider. First, are you big boned, small boned or medium. Weight is not always measured by getting on a pair of scales. I am 5'2" tall. When I was in my teens I weighed around 95 pounds. If you are very active you may build muscles which weigh more than fat. Therefore, anyone who is a couch potato could actually be fat and at the same time another person who is walking, playing basketball, etc. could really look underweight even though they could weigh more than the person who is sedentary

  15. um im 5 foot and weigh about 90  but i work out alot and im 12 so prolly around 100 for her but my sis is 5'5 and 98 pounds but she is not anerexic so yea prolly around 100
