How much should a teenager (13-15) make for babysitting?

we have to deal with twins that are almost 4...right now its $7/hour.

Babysitting rates-usually paid by the hour-depend on a variety of factors, from where you live, to the ages and temperaments of your children. The type of sitter you hire also can be an important aspect in determining the amount you should pay. Adolescents who are just starting out will probably receive less than older, more experienced teens or adults. Babysitters with special qualifications or training might also receive higher rates. Some babysitters charge an extra dollar or two per hour for each child, over and above their base rate for one child.

This depends. The age of the kid you are babysitting should have a range. Littler kids should cost more money while the older ones should cost as much since they are quite capable of many of the life and understandings. For littler kids from 7-11 dollars would be reasonable when older kids should be from 5-7.!

i would try to get a little more, maybe ten bucks an hour cuz they are twins. and depending on if you have to put them to bed or not and the amount of hours and labor.

Hire the lady that runs the nursery at our church.  She is a professional child care provider during the week.  She gets $10 an hour at work and that is what we give her.  A teenager most likely get less unless it is a special night like new years eve..etc
