How much should an IT Application Analyst get paid at Christiana Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware?

I have my A+ certification. I am very good at Microsoft Office, I've used Windows XP, ME, 98, 95, NT 4.0. I want to know how much I should be asking for if I get the job. I know if I ask to much they won't hire me. If I ask for to little I lose out. Any help is welcome.
