How much should an average 19 year old weigh?

Im 19 and im 5'3 and I weigh 112 lbs

  2. That is normal, but I think you could afford to gain maybe 10 pounds.  But if you're eating and you are healthy, then yes, you are normal. Hope this helps.  :)

  3. Yes, in fact you are rather skinny for your height. Use Google and type in a BMI calculator once you type in your height and weight it will give you a range of where a healthy body weight would be for you.
