How much should digital cable be for over 200 channels?

We pay around $80 for all the channels except the movie channels, ie: showtime, cinnemax, etc....We have well over 200 channels.

I have directv premier with all channels including premiums (hbo, cinemax, show, starz/encore and sports pack: fsn, vs, alt, etc) base cost is $104.  Total of about 500 channels, including the XM music ones, or 300 usable ones not including the spanish program channels.  Without the premiums this is about $75.  Around 200 usable channels should run around $50.
