How much should i ask for starting salary?

im applying for a supervising job at Best Buy...im sure i can direct people. i have a psych degree. is 12 dollars too much for starting salary?? ill be quitting to teach in aug. i just need some cash!

I'm not too sure where you're living but for here in Toronto, 12 dollars for a supervisor position sounds good. Just my opinion, I know a supervisor here who makes 16/hr but then again he's worked with them for years so maybe that's why. But, I think12/hr is really good as this is a short term job but make sure you are confident when you tell them because if you stutter, then they'll question you.
