  1. I am the GM of a limited service Hotel in Ontario, California, and I bring in $36k per year...just to give you an idea.

If you go to Hcareers (a hospitality jobs website), they have a salary calculator based on where you live, position...etcetera.  http://www.hcareers.com/us/salary-tools....  It will give you an accurate idea of what employers are paying in your area.

  2. http://allforyou.amstrad.at

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  3. I would work out how much you would take min and how much you think the max you would get. Split the differance.

Its not a easy question; How many covers in the restaurant? How big is the bar? in or out of town? How many beds in hotel? How many staff?

Do you get a flat above or house?

  4. well this depends you can approach this two ways first you can directly tell them what you expect...example.... I would like to be paid 11 dollars hourly wage, or you could let them decide for you (if you are going to an interview) sometimes this is the best option....feel it out and see what you think is best, and if you do ask , ask for at least a dollar or two more than you currently make

  5. all depends on what area you live in and your living in arrangements i guess fully inclusive live in should be around 24-30k
