How much should i be able to run?

I,m wondering how much i should be able to run jogging without stopping and how much I should be able to run,

height:5'8''

weight:235

BMI:35.7

age:16 turning 17

And i also do play sports i usually run about one mile two times a week and weight lift more than I run is that o.k. or should I be getting into better shape and able to run more for my age?

  1. Well your a little big so your not going to probably be a running, seems like your more into weight lifting, so I say it would be goof for you to get a mile every morning. except on the weekends.. I think that qould help you out alot..with endurance and other things
