How much should i be curling on dumbells?

I'm 15, 5'2, 130 pounds and i can curl 36lbs 4 times each set should i stay there or go higher

  1. stay there im 10 ike 5 feet and abput 90 pounds, i can curl 10 easily time for 15, (i do this with onwe hand not 2)


  2. press in moderation, switching the weight every 3 weeks. it will produce tone and muscle.
