  1. yes I'm afraid so as your under 18 its so unfair i know but that's the way it works now .minimum wages go up again in september but for that little wagea an hour its heartening to know you have worked so hard and all your worth is £4.80 an hr can you have a look around your area to see if you can get paid more in another simular job . good luck how about looking into becoming a nanny now your qualified

  2. You may have the education, but you also need experience to get paid more.

  3. IT depends on what you mean by qualified,TO be 100% Qualified you would need intensive teaching that would take a lot longer to achieve than the age you are now.

  4. What makes you think that you are so qualified  @ the age  of 17?? Do you have a child @ 15 or 16?.  Even that, when did you leave School?  Even so @ 17 years you should try @

17, 18, to about 20 years of age you should try to get as much

experience on your Job not money as experience, because @ those ages  you you should have your parents to Lean on after that then you look to be on your own if you are not in College and even if you are in College you  could still be doing some thing to help your self & your parents. You would also building a reaomay for when you leave college. All thoes looks very good to your expected Employer. so take this advice & it will help you very much OK??
