im 13 and i weigh 103 lbs

  1. if your only 100 pounds id just start with the bar or something and gradually increase


  2. for a casual person, working your way up to benching your weight is good

  3. 13 and 103? Gain some weight, not enough where your totally fat but, you'd have to be puny to only weigh 100lbs.

    Don't lift by yourself lift in a group with an instructor, he'll tell you how much to start and proper tehnique

    What does this even have to do with fantasy sports?

  4. well you should start were your arms aren't like trembling because if they are then its to much and don't bench more than your weight...or you can mess up your back...

  5. I'm sure you'll be benching a ton sitting in front of your computer doing fantasy football.

    just start light and work your way up.
