How much should i charge money for this?

im starting a buisness and we are doing the following and tell me how much we should charge for each one.

1.Mowing their lawn.

2.Washing their Car.

3.Cleaning pools

4. Cleaning house

  1. It really all depends on your costs.

    A really simple model to use is called the cost-plus pricing model.

    Essentially you identify all your costs, and add a margin that you want to it.

    For example, if you have to pay someone $7 an hour to cut a lawn (and it takes an hour), and there is $2 in gas expenses, $1 in machine maintenance per lawn, and you require a 20% pretax return, you should charge ($7+2+1)*20%, or $12 to cut the lawn.

    You are also limited by what your competition is charging, so keep that in mind as well.
