  1. 8-10 glasses or cups a day

  2. 8-10 8 oz glasses add a slice of lemon or lime it helps some!

  3. at LEAST 10 glasses a day. try crystal light if you dont like plain water, thats what i did all summer.

  4. I would say 10 to 12 a day. Remember you can add flavors to the water. There are a ton of sugar-free flavors out there on the market. Good Luck!!

  5. you should drink as thirst dictates during pregnancy and lactation

for most people that means 8 cups (not glasses) a day

  6. I'm not a water lover either!! I usually buy flavored water.

    I believe it's 6-8 glasses.

  7. You need 10 eight ounce glasses a day - at least a half a gallon minimum.  It doesn't have to be straight water.  Milk, juice, iced tea - they've all got water content to it.  You also don't want to drink a lot of juice - it's often got a high sugar content and empty calories, even though some natural fruit juices have some vitamin benefit - but in excess, the calories and sugar outweigh the benefits. I've got an iced tea pot and I brew a pitcher of decaf iced tea nearly every day or two.  I get those Vita Splash water additives - they're often no or little calories and have extra things in them.  I get the multivitamin, the immune boost and the fiber (for pregnancy constipation).

  8. You should consume at least 8 glasses of water a day. That is what is recommended. I'm sure there are a lot of days when I don't meet that required amount, but I do try.

Also, if you are a tea drinker you should never drink tea while eating a meal because it lowers your iron intake which your baby needs.
