How much should i pay for a used $225 bike?

I want to buy a Haro bike from a friend.. He doesn't use it anymore and I really want the bike..

about 5 years ago he bought it for $225.. its in good condition except he's gonna get a tire and inner-tube fix up before he sells it.. About how much should I pay for it today?
