How much should i run to lose my belly fat?

how long should i run each day to quickly lose my belly fat? i have been running 60 minutes each day for a week now. is that enough to target my belly fat though?

this is my diet breakfast: yoplait yogurt light lunch: turkey sandwich snack:fiber one bar dinner: baked tilapia

is my diet ok to?

  1. energy bars are not good for you. Add more fruits/vegetables to your diet.

    and yes, ur diet is okay. ;)

  3. Your running is a good start but running alone will not be enough to lose your belly fat. You need to incorporate a good whole body workout and a good nutritious diet in order to nockout belly fat.

    If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

    Good luck with the fat loss.  Don't give up.. you'll get there.
