How much should i sell a PS2 console, a controller, 5 games, a memory card and all the wiring for?

The controller is the normal black one with analogs.

The 5 games are pes 5, pes 6, fifa 06 and gran turismo 3 and lord of the rings two towers.

The memory card is the official black 8mb ps2 memory card.

Is it chipped?  I'd consider buying it right now if it has a modchip inside of it.  To be honest though, there's no definite answer to this.  You're going to get much less than you paid for it no matter where you go to sell it.  My girlfriend used to work at Gamestop and I think they pay like $30 for PS2s and XBoxs.  If you want to get the maximum price the market would allow, I'd say put it up on eBay, let people bid on it.  You're probably not gonna get more than $20 or $30 for it though.
