  1. if your a guy- 150

    if your a girl- 140

  4. 130-140 for a woman of average build at 5'7". A bit more if you are a very muscular athlete.

  5. 125 is bordering on anorexic for your height. Don't listen to idiots that will only give you the lowest amount you should weigh. That weight is if A. you have no muscle mass and B. you never exercise and C. are bordering on unhealthy and are probably suffering from malnutrition.

    You should weigh between 125 and 155. There? Sound better?

    Muscle weighs more than fat. Heavier people tend to have more muscle anyhow. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me!
