My daughter has just turned 4 months old. She was 8lbs 8oz born and now weighs 14lbs 5oz. She is gaining fine. Last week she had a growth spurt and was having 6-7oz every bottle (3 hourly) and out Health Visitor said to put her on the next stage milk. Now today she's had 3oz, 5oz and 4oz at 4 hourly intervals. I guess her growth spurt is over!. Should i switch back to the 1st stage formula? Do you think she eats enough?

  1. She should be getting about 4-8 oz every 3-4 hrs.  The important thing is that she continues to gain weight and stays hydrated.

  2. dont switch back- this could bother her little digestive system! stick with what the doc told you

  3. you should stick with the same formula as it may upset your baby's stomach. if you have questions ask your doctor
