The 9 pound cat is fine. The 12 pound cat would be pushing the upper extreme of normal weight, but it's weight is normal too. Both cats have a healthy weight.

I would think so .....I have an average black inside cat and she is like 9 lbs.....I say as long as they are still active and eating then all is well!!
