How much should my kitchen extension cost - roughly?

I live in SW London,

house is a 3 bed victorian terrace

knocking down existing kitchen/bathroom structure

new foundations

building on side return

to include fitting a standard £10k kitchen from Magnet/ MFI

Any ideas (ball park) of what I should be looking to pay?

I have just had a quote to extend mine to add on an 8ft x 5ft £15000 plus the fitted kitchen.

between 18,000 - 22,000 grand plus the kitchen, i think the approx cost per sq foot new extention can range from  Ã‚£150 upwards a sqare foot.

  look at seeing what work you maybe able to do yourself and it will save you a few quid! demolition and clearing the site may save you, get a couple of quotes and ask for references and make sure you check the references out!!!!!! (thats very important).
