How much should we charge to rent/lease the use of our Commercial kitchen?

I am thinking of renting/leasing the use of our kitchen when our restaurant is not open. I am not sure how much to charge per hour? I have heard people tell me anywhere between $20/hour to $100/hour. Does anyone know? Any extra ideas would be great!

  1. It depends on you area and how in demand it is,  Be careful and word the lease exactly, you should use a lawyer for this, if worded wrong the "tenant" or any of there workers could sue you if they get hurt while working on your property
