  1. It depends on how old she is.  Really 10 is pretty standard.

  2. $10 an hour and a little more if the dishes are done and the house does not look like a tornado went through it...

  3. It depends on where you live. If its a state like California that is a reasonable price. Currently I babysit (with my twin sister) for a four year old a three year old and a 16 month old. We get paid 10 dollars together but that is for night time. If it is during the day its around 8. But again I 'd do some research on the going rates in your area.

  4. 10.00 is good! You have little kids so your suppose to pay more for the littler ones.

  5. i can't tell if she is watching 2 or 3 kids?

If she is watching 3 kids, then 10 dollars and hour is a good amount. If you do a lot less, then it is not going to be worth her time.

If she is watching 2 kids, then I would say 8 dollars an hour.

Just whatever you are comfortable with.

Good luck and hope this helps!!!

  6. my dad is a drummer and when my mom would go out she would pay the babysitter $20 for the night... that 2 kids and usualy about 5 hours.... so i think 10 should work out ok

    can you guys help me?

  7. you think that is to much then you are cheap. you want her to watch 3 kids for less then 10 an hour. I pay my  baby sitter that much an hour if it's going to be like just for an hour or two. but if she watches my daughter for like the whole day I give her a set price of 50 usually when I need a babysitter it's for more than a couple of hours anyway.

  8. 10 dollars an hour sounds good to me

  9. I haven't been able to find anyone decent to watch an infant and a toddler for less than $12/hour.

Watching a baby and a toddler is very hard work. It's your children, it's not a good place to scrimp.

Have you considered switching to a gym that has child care? That's what I did--my kids love the Play Center, and I can afford to go work off the baby weight! Those gyms may be a bit more expensive, but if you account for the childcare costs, you might come out better.
