How much should you charge for babysitting?

Depends on your age, experience, cpr certifications, the families location, if you have your own transportation, kid's ages, etc.

A 12 year old shouldn't expect more than $5/hr for 1-2 kids.

A 25 year old with 10 years experience and a degree in early childhood education could easily make $30/hr with the right family.

$2.50 for an additional child

if you plan on it being an every day job i'd do $25.00 a day

i just go with 7 per hour no more then 4 kids

i watch 3 kids for 7 an hour and they are angles.  no need to charge extra for two kids
