An hourly rate should be fine - $10 to $12/hour?  Or you can just set a weekly rate of 120.  If you were to check out after-school day cares, you would see that you're getting a bargain because you're only having to pay for one nanny - instead of 2 children separately.  Does this nanny provide supper?  Is it at your home or hers (his)?  Check out day care rates and then decide what is best for you.
