So, I need to lose a little bit of weight.Right now I weight in the 150's which is NOT good.Anyway, Im 5'3. Im going to join weight watchers and everything and start busting my butt. I have been really skinny before....like 103 about 4 years ago. but I DO NOT want to get back to that, and Im sure I cant anyway.what do you think i should aim for?
