How much sleep do I really need?

I'm 22. I sleep 5-6 hours a night because I have to get up extra early for work and never want to go to bed early. So, I find myself regretting it the next morning, every morning. What do you think?

  1. 8-10 hours an u'll feel fresh


  2. You need at least eight hours of sleep I have heard..

  3. Some of the studies I have read you need 7 to 8 hrs. I'm a sleeper and I need 9 to 10hrs.

  4. An adult needs 7-9 hours according to the National Sleep Foundation. Too much or too little effects your health negatively (2nd link).
