I know most people who are either working or going to school, or both, really arent getting as much sleep as they need. So, how much on average do you sleep at night, and how much impact do you feel that has on your day to day life. Things such as concentration, maybe job performance or grades in school.... and whatever else.
My sleep always varies.... sometimes i get my full 8 hours or more, and other days i get 3 or less.... i DEFINATELY can see a difference... i'm grouchier and i feel like i think and even talk incredibly slowly when i don't get enough sleep.
