Question:

How much sleep do you actually get?

I know most people who are either working or going to school, or both, really arent getting as much sleep as they need. So, how much on average do you sleep at night, and how much impact do you feel that has on your day to day life. Things such as concentration, maybe job performance or grades in school.... and whatever else.

My sleep always varies.... sometimes i get my full 8 hours or more, and other days i get 3 or less.... i DEFINATELY can see a difference... i'm grouchier and i feel like i think and even talk incredibly slowly when i don't get enough sleep.

  1. Weekdays:  6 to 8 hours

    Weekends:  7 to 9 hours


  2. I'm lucky to get 5 maybe 6.  I have 2 little girls who won't sleep through the night yet.  I try to nap when they do.

  3. 8 hrs 1am in the morning till 8am

  4. well I'm 17 and I go to high school, when I go to school I usually get 10-12 hours of sleep (i usually go down for "naps" but they turn into me going to sleep at 6 and waking up in the morning haha). But now since I'm on vacation I get about 9-14 (it varies)

  5. Weekdays, about 5-6 hours,

    Weekends, 8 hours and a nap.
